DELIVERY TIME:
Note: For digital products, processing time is 1 to 12 hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the following business day.”
For physical products, delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.
PROCESSING TIME:
Processing time differs from product to product. All items are made-to-order and request 1-3 business days to handcraft.
SHIPPING TIME:
Many factors contribute to delivery time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within these time frames that are listed on each product page.

Please note that the shipping address will be take from your billing address.If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders.
TRACKING AN ORDER:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery and ensure a smooth arrival of your package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
